In this part, we focus on the costume. Myriam says it proves that Juniper led someone to the corpse, but Athena points out that the costume is inside-out.

Blackquill and Juniper explain that the costume was on the mannequin inside-out, because it was covered in glow-in-the-dark paint. There is photographic evidence of Robin with glow-in-the-dark hands at the time, so presumably, he is the one who wore the costume.
