Maya then returns! She's safe and sound, and all our heroes (including Edgeworth) go out to get some food and to celebrate! Maya mentions the picture she drew while being held captive by de Killer, but she doesn't have it anymore, so we can't see it.
Edgeworth leaves to see Franziska off before she returns to Germany, and Phoenix gives him her whip, so he can give it to her. Then he learns that his freeloading friends expect him to pay for the entire meal. OBJECTION!
