In this Binding of Isaac: Repentance video, I unlock (which is a pain in the butt) and play (which is pretty fun) Challenge 41, Pica Run. Unlocking the challenge requires you to use 5 Gulp! pills in one run, so I cheese it in Greed Mode with Lazarus. It's still crappy to do. But the challenge itself is fun, where you have Marbles and Mom's Box, and you only get trinkets, but if you take damage, you are guaranteed to gulp your trinkets.
