This recording briefly looks at the following ROMs (as named in Tosec):

As well as the retail build.
These are prototypes of what would be the US version of "Sonic the Hedgehog's Gameworld". Since at this point the Japanese version of the game was long released this version is, needless to say, modified off of that, so what's most of interest would be regarding the major changes between versions (This is one of the most dramatically changed Pico games between regions). Unfortunately even in the earliest build, most of the significant in-minigame changes are already in place. (Sonic vs. Robotnik and Flag, notably, are already more like their US versions than their Japanese versions.)
The most interesting thingabout these sets of prototypes is:
1) The showing of the gradual process by which the casino page is edited out of the game. In the earliest build it starts off mostly dummied out, but with the main splash page still present, albeit glitched.
2) Hints of the Japanese script that were translated in earlier builds, then removed from the final build to edit out any trace of the game's original story mode from the Japanese version. "Chaos is mine!" Wow, and I didn't even know he was an actual character that existed at this point. :P
There may be a naming issue/problem with 08/02, because it doesn't chronologically match up to the changes that take place in the builds sandwiching it. It may be meant to be before or after 07/01. I will have to ask drx about this.
Notably, even the version closest to the final build doesn't have the slightly-altered musical score the final retail version does.
