This video shows how to set up huge super jackpots. The one I manage here is only around 500M, but far larger numbers are possible (my record is 900M).

The technique here is to complete the regular jackpot shots as quickly as possible to light the super jackpot. Then, aim near the center ramp to increase the jackpot value. Shots to the mini-orbit increase the base super jackpot by 2.5M (500k to regular jackpot). Lane completions add 10 to the jackpot multiplier, and Underfoot hits increase the multiplier by 1. The base jackpot limit is 5/25M, but the multiplier does not seem to be capped (my record so far is 58x).
