The track has this story:
"Before moving to New York, a young Pinstripe Potoroo was the aspiring criminal of this town with no limits and useless sherrifs who are overpowered by the town mafia. Pinstripe, who had the task of committing a coup d'etat in disguise against the opposing mafia leader and the one with power, Chalkstripe Quokka.
After assasinating Chalkstripe, he was able to take power of the small town and able to open his own businesses, including a shady car dealer business (which eventually got him the move to New York). Everything went uphill from there. This is long before he met Cortex, Uka Uka and N-Brio."
