Troubleshooting Guide:
Run Frosty as administrator.
Install the latest Frosty version.
Delete the ModData folder from the Game folder. ( Navigate to `Tools` and select `Manage ModData` in Frosty )
Make sure that the path to the Game folder does not have any special characters in it.
Make sure you have full ownership of the Game folder AND Frosty's folder. ( https://winaero.com/blog/how-to-take-ownership-and-get-full-access-to-files-and-folders-in-windows-10 ).
Move Frosty and your Game to a different directory or drive. (NTFS)
Make sure Frosty and your Game aren't in a location that requires higher privileges such as "Program Files" / "Program Files (x86)".
Make sure the mods you install are compatible and are not outdated / conflicting with each other.
If none of the above solutions work:
Do a full reinstall of Frosty:
1. Delete everything in your Frosty folder except the `Mods` folder.
2. Delete `manager_config.json` from "AppData\Local\Frosty".
3. Install the latest Frosty version.
4. Delete the ModData folder from the Game folder. ( Navigate to `Tools` and select `Manage ModData` in Frosty )
