Challenge rules (refined):
Start with no gold, no weapon/armor, no horse, no food, no troops
Every faction is at war with us, including minor factions
No smithing
No arena fights
No regular recruiting, only troops gained from capturing/rescuing can be used (small addition as of Part 15: As stated previously in series, we're going to sometimes recruit from taverns where we can as it makes sense that mercenaries would be available to us as a bandit/fugitive character)
