Starting a new character is really fun, but do yourself a favor and read all the skill tree's before you start. Go into each skill tree and write down which perks you want to take, and then plan at what level you would take the perk. It's a bit frustrating to take a little time before you begin but your patience now will reap many rewards later. Focus on combat skills immediately as mobs scale with your level, always keep those skills up.
