Start by downloading the Planet Fitness app from the App Store or Google Play. Once installed, launch the app on your device. On the welcome screen, you’ll see options to either log in or explore the app. Since you're creating a new account, tap the option that says “New to the app? Create an account” at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll be directed to a registration form where you’ll need to enter your first name and last name. After that, choose your country or region from the available list. Planet Fitness operates in multiple locations, so select the region that matches where you’ll be using the gym services.
Next, provide a valid email address. Make sure this is an email you have access to, as Planet Fitness will send a verification code to this address. After submitting your email, check your inbox for the verification code, enter it in the app, and continue to the next step.
Once verified, you’ll be asked to create a secure password for your account. After entering and confirming your password, your Planet Fitness account will be successfully created.
