In 2012, Amy and her husband Rick adopted a Whole Food, Plant Based lifestyle. Between the two of them they lost over 130 pounds. They are no longer on any prescription medications and have normalized their blood pressure, cholesterol and triglycerides. They have also eliminated digestive issues, sinus infections and migraines.
