Part one of a playthrough of Mark H. Walker's "Platoon Commander Deluxe: The Battle of Kursk" from Flying Pig Games, designed by David K. van Hoose. This is - as you might gather - a platoon-level tactical wargame set during the pivotal Battle of Kursk in the Soviet Union in July 1943.

This first video covers several turns of the first scenario of the game and is intended as an introduction to the system, focusing on game mechanics and the rules (which are quite straightforward). Follow-up videos in this series will focus more on the gameplay and show one or more of the more advanced (and exciting) scenarios.
