Polski: Total Overdose to rozbudowana gra akcji/TPP, nawiązująca klimatem oraz wykonaniem do serii Grand Theft Auto (główny bohater to twardziel z mroczną przeszłością) oraz pierwszej części przeboju filmowego „Desperado" (fabuła skupiona wokół społeczności latynoamerykańskiej). Gracze wcielają się w postać niejakiego Ramiro Cruza, który niedawno opuścił mury więzienia. Tuż po odzyskaniu wolności amerykański wydział antynarkotykowy (DEA) wcielił go jednak w swoje szeregi i rozkazał zastąpić brata bliźniaka Tommy'ego, który jako tajny agent pracował w szeregach narkotykowego kartelu kierowanego przez Papa Muerte oraz zbierał dowody na przyskrzynienie tego bossa. Niestety, Tommy uległ poważnemu wypadkowi i tylko Ramiro może go zastąpić. W to wszystko wplątany jest jeszcze wątek śmierci ojca wyżej wymienionych braci, czyli Ernesto Cruza, jaki zginął w 1989 roku w południowoamerykańskiej dżungli zanim samolot DEA zdążył go zabrać w bezpieczne miejsce.

English: Total Overdose is an extended game of action / TPP, referring to the climate and the performance of Grand Theft Auto series (the main character is a tough guy with the dark past) and the first part of the hit movie "Desperado" (drama centered around the Latin American community). Players take on the character of a man named Ramiro Cruz, who recently left prison. Shortly after his release, the U.S. department of Drugs (DEA), however, portrayed him in their ranks and ordered to replace the twin brother Tommy, who worked as a secret agent in the ranks of the drug cartel headed by Papa Muerte and gather evidence to pinch the boss. Unfortunately, Tommy has a serious accident and only Ramiro can replace it. In all this topic is still involved with his father's death these brothers, that Ernesto Cruz, who was killed in 1989 in the South American jungle, the DEA prior to the airplane had to take him to safety.

Der Spieler schlüpft in die Figur eines Mannes namens Ramiro Cruz, die vor kurzem verlassen Gefängnis.
