For the time, a great game. It looks a bit old school 20 years on. C&C fans everywhere will appreciate the new twist on Command and Conquer with a FPS. The player controls Havoc, an elite GDI Commando who is given various missions deep in NOD territory. The mission? Blow up or shoot anything and everything with a NOD Scorpion logo, even if it is attached to a human or covered in armour (yes, that's right--you blow up tanks with missile launchers!). This makes the game fun.
With that said, I am currently stuck fighting against a relentless NOD attack that keep coming like zombies with low ammo and even lower health. The game is set to HARD, and this does not happen on any easier difficulty. The trick is finding the officers who call in reinforcements and killing them first. Easier said than done though.
I also like the pickup system. NOD soldiers drop shields, health and weapons, making for an unpredictable play-through every time and giving a critical health situation a solution.
