Looks great.

Here are the settings I am using within the emulator: Direct3D 11 (hardware) through the 2080 Super.

Only thing changed is internal resolution at 4x Native (1440p)

Allow 8 bit textures (you can have it off as well and allow the anisotropic filtering take over as sometimes it does a better job than allowing the 8 bit textures, it depends on the game) and large buffer

1440p 2K

Anisotropic Filtering at 16x

Default on next 3 settings and then Recommended

Then HW Hacks:

Fast Texture on

Frame buffer on

Align sprite on

Merge Sprite on

Emulation settings under Aggressive. That was set and nothing was changed.
