Yes, For those who didn't see my earlier stream (and my even earlier "Leak"), this is me playing TF2 on a 3DS, using an unholy trinity of X-Padder, VJoy and the bluntly-named app: "3DS Controller".

It's homebrew at it's finest, and it's not a terribly bad app, to be honest. There is noticeable input lag, but nothing majorly annoying. The annoying part comes in setting it up to work.

After fiddling around with it for about a week, this was what I got. The 3DS's A, B, X, Y, L and R buttons behave like regular gamepad buttons, and are recognised instantly. The DPAD however, does not, and so it's rebound commands via an .ini file within the setup directory. VJoy then detects the circle pad as the joystick, and the touchscreen as a trackpad (for mouse/ camera movement).

The whole setup is then ran through X-Padder to bind the buttons and circle pad to movement and TF2-related keyboard calls.

This is what I'd image a Steam controller feels like.

To the downloads!
VJoy! (2.0.5 and it's driver needs tro be installed for the joysticks to work): http://sourceforge.net/projects/vjoystick/postdownload?source=dlp
3DS Controller (0.6 is the latest version): https://gbatemp.net/threads/3ds-controller.375443/
Can't link to an X-Padder download for legal reasons =(
