*UPDATE* Sony has repeatedly refused to help me remove the hackers access to my account, and also refuses to refund fraudulent purchases, otherwise they will ban me forever*

To anyone watching this, and thinking i'm simply dumping on playstation, i'm not. I will take this video down IF they fix the problems and care about their customers.
I've gone through every angle of support they have (multiple times)... and yet SOMEHOW they can't do anything.
And considering their support is based in live chat, phone OR twitter ONLY... well, not much gets done easily.
I really would have liked to just EMAIL support about my hacker problem, but I must resort to THIS in the HOPES that someone sees it and does something.
They have a flawed system setup and choose not to fix it. and they CHOOSE to NOT help the consumer. which in turn enables the hacker.
OH YEAH! AND there's no way to even REGISTER your PS4 yet! So you can't get proper support anyway or prove you're a rightful owner!
Yay!
Here's hoping the people over at playstation see this and decide to help their consumers!
