Before you format your Vita, remove your memory card, and after you switch accounts, put in your other memory card. You can no longer use this method with just one memory card.

This is a video about how to get Japanese PS Vita demos onto your non-Japanese account. Most Vita demos do not have the same account/region lock-out that full games do, so you can use them on any account. Some demos that you might be interested in getting (free, of course):
