Plus on block moves(1.12) - Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale
0If an attack is "plus on block" it means that you have the advantage after somebody blocks said attack.
It depends on the frame data of the move, specifically how many frames of block stun it puts the opponent in and how many frames it takes for the attack to recover. if block stun frames is a higher number than the recovery frames then it is plus on block.
