After going through Magma Cavern, Groudon awaits at the very end of the dungeon. This thing is very tough, if you are about Level 30 or over, Groudon isn't too difficult. I do remember that Groudon has some moves like Slash and AncientPower, which you will see in this video. I wouldn't say it is the hardest battle, but having a Water or Grass type can help, while Electric types won't do that great.
