Note: The final battle was the last one that I played. I was very upset that my HE shots were only giving half damage to a premium ship. 18 Pens, for a total of ~9k damage? When the max damage is set to 1900 per shot? You are talking about 500 damage per shot into the Tashkent 39. So yeah... I felt that Pay to win really is taking a much stronger hold onto WoWS, and I don't want to play or support a P2W game.
