Important disclaimer: The POE community does not know all that much on how Tainted Mythic Orbs work, nor Bloodstained Fossils. This video is somewhat speculative.

Step 1: Source shaper-influenced cold/lightning two-stone rings (I paid 5 and 10c for the two you see in this video)
Step 2: Scour them, then 20 elemental damage quality them (Catalyst cost is minimal)
Step 3: Make them rare by any means (I use dumpster-tier essences, negligible cost)
Step 4: Force them to gain a Vaal implicit modifier by use of Bloodstained Fossils. Optionally use Corroded and/or Bound fossils in the same resonator - some players speculate that these influence which Vaal mod is chosen but this is not proven either way. (This isn't expensive now, bloodstained are 5c at most)
Step 5: Apply Tainted Mythic Orbs (15c each)
Step 6: Laugh at your ill fortune as you get another Berek's Grip or dust

Noone knows the rarity of hitting the desired outcome. I personally believe about 1 in 30 but this is speculation based upon unproven assumptions that may very well be completely wrong.

If I'm right, this is an exceedingly profitable craft. Of course, I could be very, very wrong. Maybe it's 1 in 500.
