1. If I take the Singular Focus keystone will it convert unique, guardian, elder and sirus maps that are not my favorite into currency?
1) Yep


2. Can sentinels that are not depleted be combined using power cores? Or will players need to run down their charge in blood aquaducts before combining?
2) Yes

3. Is loot multiplier applied by sentinels (empowerment) an additive increase to loot or a more multiplier?
3) Not sure I can give specifics on this but it works similarly to Delirium's rewards

4. In regards to loot icon rewards is there a difference in chance you will gain one through sentinel between normal, magic, rare and unique monsters?
4) Yes, there's a varying chance for icons based on which type of Sentinel you're using as well as the rarity of the monster you empowered. To add to this, Sentinels can add multiple rewards of the same type to a monster, this is signified by the monster having a larger reward icon on it.

5. Is the base chance for the following additonal content 40% (Essence, Strongbox and Domination)
5) This is complicated because you can get multiple shrines, essences and strongboxes spawning naturally in an area so there are multiple chances for the content to generate.
