This has NO configurations! This is simply an untouched export from POE Ninja. You have to check charges, always lowlife, onslaught, among other things...
Path of Building is notoriously bad at calculating damage for Rage Vortex. Primarily because it assumes you are throwing the vortexes constantly at whatever attack rate they calculate, which is not how the build is played. So it goes. You can see the dps yourself during the bossing part.
This build is quite complicated because we use Echoes of Creation physical hits to trigger our Vengeful Cry. Here is a Google Sheet I made that I tried to use to calculate Savage Hit...

We are using Bloodthirst Support, Voidforge, Berserker, Rage Vortex, Vengeful Cry, and we are crit based. This is the only build in Settlers league with this exact setup. Most Voidforge users are Flicker Strike, most bloodthirst users are Dual Strike. I think theres another guy using bloodthirst but hes leaning into the life part a bit more and going RT. That version is quite strong as well, Im almost certain.
Every piece of my gear was self crafted, self tempering orbed, self fractured, etc etc. Recombinators are overpowered. Also, the build isnt technically complete. We are missing a crucial prefix on the belt (percent life) as well as a suffix on one of the rings. Anyways.
I am almost certainly going to play Rage Vortex in future. Its a completely overlooked and underrated skill this season. This is a league of slams, and I absolutely love it (started Earthshatter), but I do think RV will start to get more attention when people are able to fully understand the Berserker Rage changes. I am killing those bosses at that speed and I am NOT using Aspect of Carnage.
