2My second time ever fighting this boss. It went badly, but success in the end. Lessons learned, mistakes will be corrected next time.

Current setup is expensive, but you can start out with a lot less, as long as you can afford the phys cluster jewels... The weapons are best in slot for a reasonable price when I got them. Unless you compare with a Mirror worthy jeweled foil, which is barely better since you lose 25% of your projectiles.
A few exalts into a Watcher's eye with Pride mods could yield another 6-30% more damage depending on how many ex you want to invest.
Flat added damage doesn't do much because champion and the skill itself adds so much, so getting crit and attack speed mods are other improvements. Maligaro's would be best in slot gloves, but you lose a lot of health/res.
Resists are actually surprisingly difficult to come by. You'll need at least +80% on all your gear to max them out, leaving little room for chaos res and more damage mods.
