3The first gym leader fight. The Pokemon they use and the actual leader depends on the starter you pick. Mine was the green haired dude who used a grass monkey to fight me.
I lost many MANY times. The only way I could win was by using an XSpeed to make myself faster than the little monkey. Pretty challenging. I should have caught a puppy b4 I challenged them.
Also notice how the music changes to an epic remix of the main theme of pokemon when the gym leader brings out their signature pokemon! And notice the panic music when you hit red health.
The move he uses is called "Cheer Up" and ups ur attack and special attack. He later gives you the TM for that.
