2Once you have the HM03 (Surf), you can Surf on water. Try doing this in the Pinwheel Forest for example. On the eastern side of the woods, go deeper into the forest and you’ll find Virizion. Save your game before you interact. Virizion is on Level 42. Its signature move is Sacred Sword, a Fighting type move that deals damage regardless of the target’s stat changes. Ultra Balls would be recommended or wait at night to use Dusk Balls. Furthermore, don’t attack Virizion with any Dark type move or else its Attack stat will raise with the Justified ability.
