I started a new game in Pokémon Blue. I went up to Route 1 and encountered Prof. Oak like normal. He took me to his lab and as soon as his theme music stopped playing, instead playing the normal bgm that plays in his lab, it played a slower, melancholic version of it. Then as shown in the video, I saved and restarted the game and it was back to normal. I have no idea how this happened and I've never had this happen before.
