Show him you're better than him despite what he thinks, and then enter the forest. Finding the missing Farfetch'd is not hard, but herding him back to his trainer can be tricky. You have to corner him and make it so that his only option is to move back the way he came. Don't forget to go back and get a charcoal for your fire pokemon.
