Pokemon Fire Red Nuzlocke: FINALE: The Ultimate Odor
0Title = Reference to our rival always saying "Smell ya later." Anyways, this is the final episode of the Fire Red Nuzlocke, where we take on the Pokemon League. Unfortunately, of all my LP's thus far, I would say this one has the most uneventful ending yet, since nothing really special or surprising happens. Oh well, you be the judge.
When the credits roll, I give my opinion about the game. After rewatching this, I feel like I bashed the game far too much. I was just trying to get a small point across, but I ranted about it for longer than I needed to, making it seem like I didn't enjoy the game. Basically, I do still think they could have told the storyline better, but the game was fantastic overall, and I should not have criticized it for that long. So yeah, don't get mad at me for "not liking" the game, because that's not true at all.
I mention at the end that I will likely be doing a Blind Nuzlocke of Pokemon Black 2 when it comes out, as sort of a sequel to my original Black Nuzlocke. Since that's awhile from now, I have to figure out something else to do in the meantime. I say that I probably don't have enough time for an entire LP, but I'm not sure what I was thinking when I said that. I still have over 2 months to go, which is plenty of time. So basically, I will still be making some of the random stuff that I was originally intending to do, but there is still the chance of me doing an LP of a somewhat shorter game.
And... I see no point in putting the typical ending stuff here since it's the last episode, but I will say this. My save file for this game was lost when I got to the title screen, so... I couldn't do post-game stuff even if I wanted to. I wasn't going to, but it's a shame that I'll never be able to actually look at my Pokemon again in the game. Unfortunately, the same also goes for my save file for my original Black Nuzlocke, because I was messing around with DeSmuME (the emulator) to try to fix the lag issue, since I didn't want to have to deal with that for Black 2. It got lost in the process, so... I cannot continue either of these games, nor can I ever get those Pokemon onto my main game. It's unfortunate, because I had a really cool idea for a video with all of those Pokemon, but that's the way it goes.
