What's changed:
-Pokemon Types
-Pokemon movesets perferring same types
-Pokemon stats
-Pokemon abilities
-Pokemon encounters (both in the wild and with static encounters)
-Pokemon trainers' teams
-items in general are random (pickup ability included)
-TMs are random, with random compatibility
-HMs compatibility is random completely

Nuzlocke rules are as followed:
-If a Pokemon faints, they are to be considered dead FOREVER, and must be released as soon as possible.
-At every new area/route, if possible, I am only allowed to catch the FIRST encounter of the route/area. If the Pokemon faints, I run out of Pokeballs, or I run from the encounter for whatever reason, the encounter is completely lost.
-New Pokemon must be nicknamed. If it does not get nicknamed, the Pokemon must die.
-Dupes Clause is in effect, which states that if the Pokemon that is encountered is a Pokemon that the trainer still alive (or is technically part of the same evolutionary line), then the encounter may be rerolled in the hopes of diversity for Pokemon the player has
-Healing in battle with items is not allowed. But, if a Pokemon has a move (such as Softboiled, Rest, or moves that do damage, such as Absorb) that heals themselves, those are allowed.
-If the trainer blackouts, the run is forfeit and must be started over.
