Hello everyone and welcome to an insane project that I have decided to do. We are going to do a nuzlocke in Pokemon FireRed, but with 3 different rulesets all at once.

Typical Nuzlocke Rules:

1) You may only capture the first wild Pokémon you find on a route. If you knock it out, run away, or the battle ends without you capturing it, you lose the ability to grab a Pokémon for that route.

2) You must nickname every capture you get.

3) If a Pokémon faints, it is considered dead and you must place it in a dead box or release it.

4) Duplicate Clause: If you encounter a Pokémon that you've owned or owned an evolution member of, you may reencounter

5) Shiny Clause: If you encounter a shiny Pokémon, it counts as a free additional encounter; even if you've already had an encounter in that area.

____

Chesslocke Specific Rules:

1) You are only allowed 16 Pokémon-- your starter and 15 other captures

2) Each Pokémon falls into a category of a chess piece (King, Queen, Bishop, Rook, Knight, Pawn)

3) You can only capture 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Bishops, 2 Rooks, 2 Knights, and 8 pawns

4) King -- The starter is the King. It must be in the party at all time. It can use any move. If the king faints, the nuzlocke ends.

5) Queen -- The Queen must be female. The Queen can use any move.

6) Bishops -- The Bishop can only have 2 damaging moves and 2 nondamaging moves.

7) Knights -- Knights can not use any move with a power of 60 or greater (before STAB)

7a) Knights can not use any moves with unlisted power (things like Nightshade)
7b) Knights can not use any multi-hit move that has the chance to be higher than 60 power (Fury Attack despite stating 15 power, can hit up to 5 times, thus having the possibility of 75 power, making it illegal for the Knight)

8) Rooks -- Rooks can not use damaging moves that have secondary effects (beneficial or harmful). Tackle is legal as it only does damage. Tailwhip is legal as it only lowers defense. Ember is illegal as it does damage and has a chance to burn.
8a) Rooks also can not use moves that have a higher than normal critical chance.

8b) Rooks can not use any items that give the potential for an addition effect (King's Rock gives any move the possibility to flinch, thus is illegal)

9) Pawn -- A Pawn must be a Pokémon capable of evolving and isn't an evolved Pokémon. A Pawn can not evolve while being a pawn. A Pawn can use any move.
9a) If a pawn solos a Major Battle (Gym Leader, Rival, Evil Team Leader/Admin, Elite Four Member), they can upgrade from a pawn into a piece that has an open slot from a death.

_______

Alphalocke Specific Rules
1) For each capture, the first letter of the Pokémon's name is not allowed to be captured again -- if you capture a Bulbasaur, you are not allowed to capture a wild Blastoise as they both start with B
1a) -- You are allowed to evolve into a letter you've already used. So if you Capture a Bulbasaur and a Wartortle, you are allowed to evolve the Wartortle into a Blastoise as the Blastoise in this instance would be considered the W capture.

_____

Typelocke Specific Rules
1) For each Pokémon, they have a primary type (and occasionally a secondary type). If you capture a Bulbasaur, which is Grass / Poison, you are not allowed to capture another Pokémon that is Primary Grass.
1a) For this nuzlocke, anything that is a dual type of Normal / X, the Pokémon will just be considered as a primary X type. This mainly will turn Normal / Flying into Primary Flying Types
