0Pokemon GO is celebrating Pokemon Sleep and Pokemon GO Plus+ with a new event called Catching Some Z's To celebrate the release of the new Pokemon GO Plus Plus device, Niantic is hosting yet another Pokemon GO event called Catching Some Z's. Taking place from July 15, 10 am local time to July 16, 8 pm local time, trainers all over the world will be able to find Komala as a wild spawn for the first time. Komala resembles a sleeping koala and is known in the Pokedex as the Drowsing Pokemon, making it a perfect fit for the event. It comes from the seventh generation of mainline Pokemon games, Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon.Another important thing to note about the Catching Some Z's Pokemon GO event is that trainers can complete Special Research tasks for a chance to encounter a special Nightcap-wearing Snorlax. However, not every player will be able to gain access to the special tasks unless they own the Pokemon GO Plus Plus peripheral, which retails for $54.99.
