Just an update as to how this works as it's changed round a little bit to a working state. Nearby means there's a Pokémon close to a Pokéstop in your area. Sightings means there's a Pokémon which has been spotted in the wild near you but it's down to you to try and find it. I do hope this helps in some way and please enjoy, like/comment/subscribe.
