It is time to enter a new dungeon available in the after-game, this is Stormy Sea, this dungeon is filled with Water-type Pokémon, and they are tough opponents, so having a Grass or Electric-type Pokémon can be great help for this. This dungeon has about 40 floors, with a very tough opponent waiting at the last few floors.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Here is the first after-game dungeon, Stormy Sea has 40 floors, and at the end is a very tough opponent. To unlock Stormy Sea, you must talk to Medicham at the Rescue Team Base, then talk to Lombre at Pokémon Square, and then talk to Whiscash, and you can unlock both Stormy Sea and Solar Cave. This dungeon is filled with Water-type Pokémon, so I would recommend bringing some good Grass and Electric-type Pokémon with you, specially any Electric-types that have Discharge, because that will help greatly against Monster Houses.
In this dungeon, you can encounter Wingull, Tentacool, Shellder, Omanyte, Remoraid, Seel, Anorith, Slowpoke, Spheal, Grimer, Omastar, Kabutops, Seadra, Starmie, Armaldo, Tentacruel, Sealeo, and Carvanha. There is a lot of Pokémon, so it will take a long time to go over what moves to be wary of, but do note that Remoraid can snipe you with ranged attacks, and some Pokémon, like Seadra, Starmie, and Omastar, can use Hydro Pump, this can hit 10 tiles, and it has a piercing effect where it will hit all opponents in their line of sight.
You can find some fainted Pokémon in this dungeon, and from experience I have found Cradily as a fainted Pokémon in this dungeon, and that can be a helpful Pokémon, specially if it has Energy Ball, because that is a good move to handle any Water-type Pokémon in this dungeon.
Floor 40 is where you fight against the Legendary Pokémon that is said to have fought Groudon in a battle from long ago, it is Kyogre. This is a very tough fight, because like with the other members of the Weather Trio, or Super-Ancient Pokémon, you will be scattered across the floor, and all Pokémon will have their movement speed reduced, this will not affect Water-type Pokémon, not even Agility will boost the movement speed of any non-Water-type Pokémon during that fight, and if you have a Pokémon with Swift Swim, you can attack twice, so that will be good help.
As for Kyogre's moves, it has Hydro Pump and Origin Pulse, and they are very powerful moves, and it can use Body Slam, so if you brought any Pokémon with Water Absorb, I would recommend keeping them away from Kyogre, so that way they can attack from a range.
If you have done enough damage to Kyogre, it will undergo Primal Reversion, so it will become Primal Kyogre, and its Ability is Primordial Sea, which will summon heavy rain that makes Fire-type moves useless, this is why I do not recommend bringing any Fire-type Pokémon to this dungeon, even if you can find a Vulpix as a fainted Pokémon in this dungeon, it's still a strange idea to bring one in. In its Primal Form, Kyogre is much more difficult than before, Hydro Pump and Origin Pulse can hurt, and it does have Water Spout, so if Kyogre does have a lot of health, that can deal a lot of damage.
There is an item called an Empowerment Speed, which will allow a Pokémon to enter its Awakened State, and for some species, they will be able to Mega Evolve, and if you faint in a dungeon and you don't use a Reviver Seed, the Pokémon that defeated you will go into Awakened State, or Mega Evolve, making them hit much harder.
When you have defeated Kyogre, it will join your Rescue Team, and you will unlock a new camp called Seafloor Cave, which is where Kyogre will stay at. It has Drizzle, so it will make a great partner for Pokémon with Swift Swim, it will be at Level 40, so it will be ready to fight, Water Pulse and Ice Beam are good move options, and at Level 45, it can learn Origin Pulse. For other level up moves, it can learn Calm Mind and Hydro Pump, this will make Kyogre a devastating Water-type to opponents. It can learn some good TM moves, like Blizzard, Thunder, and a few other moves, and for Tutor moves, it can get Signal Beam, Liquidation, Iron Head, and a few others. As Swift Swim allows a Pokémon to attack twice, so some Pokémon like Omastar, Kabutops, Ludicolo, Kingdra, and a few others make great partners for Kyogre. Another good teammate is Mega Swampert, as it has Swift Swim, and if you have an Empowerment Speed, using it on Swampert will allow you to destroy opponents, specially if you use the Tutor to teach Earth Power to Swampert, so that way when partnered with Kyogre, it can destroy Monster Houses.
