So-called free-thinking ROM hack creators when putting an Inverse Battle in their hacks (it always has to be a Normal-type specialist because fuck you). Anyway, now that I reached Two Island, I went ahead and fought the Dark Hole tutor, which unlocks the ability to learn said move. You can only teach it to one Pokemon per save file, but I have no qualms giving it to Chi-Yu for even stronger Dark STAB. That said, while some other channels did show Channeler Rachel's battle, I felt like it wasn't that necessary.

Unless you have an ability that prevents priority, it is basically impossible to stop Zangoose from triggering Toxic Boost thanks to Fake Out.
Really just try to tough it out, since there's no resistances to Normal in Inverse Battles. Watch out for Hisuian Zoroark among them.
Exploud gets completely blanked by Soundproof.
