Pokemon Red Nuzlocke(ish) - Part 1: "Oak's Parcel"
0There's a lot of explaination in this video. This is why I'm publishing two videos in quick succession. Best skip to about three minutes into Episode 2 to avoid too much tutorial stuff!
Nuzlocke(ish) Run Rules:
1. If a Pokemon faints, it cannot be used ever again.
2. Upon defeating a gym leader, I have to reduce my team down to just two Pokemon, and those I deposit cannot be used ever again.
3. All legendary Pokemon must be caught but cannot be used in battle. Same goes for Snorlax!
4. No "HM slaves".
5. Healing items are not forbidden, but use must be minimised.
6. No glitch exploitation (will show those after the game is complete).
7. A Pokemon that took part in two gym battles must be among those deposited afterwards.
8. Once I reach the name rater, amusing nicknames will be encouraged!
9. After Cerulean City's gym battle, no Pokemon in my team can share a type.
