I train up my Pokémon to around Level 45, I recommend you train up Pokémon to around Level 45 like I did, or an easier way is to train them up to Level 50. You can rematch trainers when you have your PokéNav with you, and I used Victory Road to train up my Pokémon. If I can recall correctly, I think the first one was Sidney who uses Dark type Pokémon, Phoebe who uses Ghost type Pokémon, Glacia who uses Ice type Pokémon, and Drake who uses Dragon type Pokémon, you'll see how I get past them. I also like the Elite Four music in this Game, and it sounds similar to the Elite Four music in Black and White which is also my favourite Elite Four music as well.
