I enter Sky Pillar and you can only enter this place after you've beaten the Elite Four, while in Emerald you can enter Sky Pillar even before the 8th Gym. Sky Pillar has most Pokémon at high Levels, around Level 50. At the top of Sky Pillar is the Legendary Pokémon Rayquaza. It is a very high Level, and you'll see how many tries it took me to catch Rayquaza, or Ultra Balls. I wish this Generation had Heavy Balls like it did in Gold and Silver versions, that would have made Legendaries like Groudon or Rayquaza a lot easier to catch.
