Torkoal, a Lv57 Camerupt, a Lv60 Rapidash, a Lv58 Magcargo, a Lv54
Houndoom and a Lv62 MagmortarDamn, now that's really hot. All his
Pokemon are fire-types and devastating to boot. However, he makes it
more difficult with Sunny Day on the field making Water-type attacks
much weaker. Fortunately, if you have a Ground-type or a Ground-type
move like Earthquake you can make Blaine's pokemon feel its tremor.
Though you can use Water-type attacks like Magcargo and Camerupt since
they are 4 times weak against Water, be cautious. Other than that,
Blaine can be taken down without much effort.To get Blaine's number, he
can be found in Cinnabar Island on Tuesdays. Once you get his number,
