Note: The video also contains bonus content of how I originally planned to catch Solgaleo.

Plan A = Quick Ball
Plan B = False Swipe and Status(Sleep is preferable, but I was able to make do with Paralysis, just don't Burn or Poison, and don't even bother with Freeze as it's a secondary effect on attacking moves like Ice Beam and the chances are too low to rely on.)
