Part 28: UB Burst and Episode RR Pt. 2
We may have succeeded in being Alola’s first Champion but we are not finished. Far from it! The URS aka Ultra Recon Squad wants our help in seeking out UB Burst aka Blacephalon. If it was Ultra Moon, it’s UB Assembly aka Stakataka.
Blacephalon is a Fire/Ghost type UB that has a capture rate of 30 and has the attack Mind Blown. It’s a very damaging attack with a huge drawback. It loses half of it’s maximum HP. Use it to your advantage to weaken him down and then use Beast Balls. There are two UB Burst so if you have some Beast Balls, take the opportunity to catch both.
But now we have bigger problems. Sophocles comes by to tell us that Team Rocket is invading the Fortune Plaza. We head there to find that we can’t use our Pokemon but we can use rental Pokemon via the Battle Agency. Choose the right one to take out the grunt. Afterwards Fortune Plaza is restored but more trouble happens. During a press conference in Aether Paradise, wormholes appear from out of nowhere. Team Rocket’s made their move but we learn it’s Team Rainbow Rocket! This starts Episode RR. Similar to Episode Delta in ORAS, this is an episode that continues the game’s story with new challenge.
Anyway we reach Aether Paradise to find that Team Rainbow Rocket has made a new base of operations. Just great and Faba is revealed as the trenchcoat responsible for this. Just terrific! We do take him on and his team hasn’t changed. You just need the right Pokemon to take him out. After that, we head inside and yeah… they really changed things.
Lillie will heal our Pokemon if we’re in trouble but it’s better we stock up to be safe. Part 29 will continue Episode RR.
