0There is also a lot of strategy around Clay, but I used the guide for it. I 2HKO'd Krokorok with a normal and a Blaze Flame Charge, since it had Intimidate. I switched to Pidove and I hoped Sandslash would use Rollout or this was an instant reset. I used Work Up and another normal and Blaze Flame Charge to 2HKO it and Excadrill was another simple OHKO. I went to the PWT nicely and I had to register three Pokémon.
Hugh's Dewott could confuse Pignite with Water Pulse and his Tranquill didn't use Detect. The other two fights were more random and Cheren's Stoutland had Intimidate in this attempt. I had to use two Work Ups and a Flame Charge to outspeed and OHKO Watchog and Cinccino with Return. Colress' Magneton having Sturdy is a lot worse than Intimidate, since it would use Thunder Wave. It didn't and I could simply OHKO his entire team with Flame Charge and Heat Crash.
Saved at 1:23 with a L33 Pignite.
