3Kaizo Ironmon rule rundown: 1 mon only, stats/moves/ability/evolutions random, only xp from trainers, no buying items (besides balls and repels), beat all trainers in the gym, no leaving dungeons (most locations with a roof above your head), only heal in battle, no held items (except consumables like berries). Once your mon is defeated, the run is dead. Have fun!
