Officer Patrick Sublet only wanting to stop the driver in this Cadillac for running a stop sign.. but the suspect refused to pull over, and the pursuit is on.
During this pursuit, the officer gets a word that the car’s owner has three different felony warrants out for his arrest, including resisting arrest, and assaulting a police officer.. eventually, the suspect pulls one crazy move too many and winds up wrecking the car in a ditch.. during the crash, the driver is particularly ejected and is nearly crushed by beneath the car.. but, he manages to scramble to his feet and takes off in foot.. he didn’t get far, as the officers manage to catch up to him, and was taken to custody.
As it turns out, the driver of this Catholic was not the wanted owner in question, but rather a friend who borrowed the vehicle.
