Method: Create a custom shape such that when you delete a point, the shape will fold through itself. Place a whole bunch of new nodes, and then spam undo. This seems to overload the game more and more every time you do so until it crashes. This is why there were two "Not responding" popup messages.

Time was checked in post editing starting the very frame the main menu screen appears and the very frame the second popup message appears.
