This weekend saw Call of Cthulhu the 2018 game based on the Lovecraftian work and 1981 pen and paper RPG that was inspired by it drop on the Xbox Games with Gold program.

Monday night I fired it up for the first time and dove deep into an adaptation of one of H.P. Lovecraft's most famous stories.

While not blown away by any single aspect of the game I enjoyed the these opening two hours right up until I called it a night.

I will most certainly be revisiting this game in the very near future.
