1Agent "Pancake" (UIU Agent, Status Unknown)
Cause of Death:
The deceased body of a former UIU Agent, callsign "Pancake", was found lodged into a doorway. Presumed cause of death was by the door closing on him, crushing his waist, causing a natural Hemicorporectomy.
Another instance of "Pancake" was later recovered headless in the [REDACTED] of Area [REDACTED] suggesting "Pancake" has the ability to regenerate himself. In accordance to various surveillance systems, we have observed "Pancake" was headless before coming into contact with SCP-7528 during the containment breach of Area [REDACTED]. We theorize "Pancake" might show anomalous activity.
Suggestion: Secure body and start Keter level containment procedures.
