Pop'N Music Lively Beta - 背水之陣 (Normal) (Read description)
0Pop'N Music Lively is one of the latest entries in the Konami Game Station music game series. The others are DDR V and Guitarfreaks KGS although a controller is highly recommended for Guitarfreaks/Drummania as it's weird playing that with the computer keyboard acting as a guitar controller or some sort. DDR V is doable with the keyboard although its presentation doesn't match the DDR arcade games when compared to other music games in the Konami Game Station service.
Unfortunately, like Beatmania IIDX, I'm no expert at Pop'N Music either it's a difficult game to start off. It took me time to get used to the keyboard controls for this as well as to adjust settings in a similar vein to the ones in Beatmania IIDX and even then, my timing is still off.
One more thing you should know lest you get ignorant, Konami Game Station/E-Amusement Cloud is a cloud gaming service from Konami. Music games are installed on PC and their main data is stored and loaded locally for reliable gameplay. The same may go for the songs but other things remain on the server and like the arcades, the games on that service go into rest mode at a very late time until the next morning or something. Needless to say, the KGS/E-Amusement Cloud service remains suited for Japan as it uses Paseli as virtual quarters, that is for non-music games on it.
You are strictly warned against commenting about other Konami games that are NOT Konami music games or something as well as the mobile and Pachinko stuffs. I've been aware of the company's reputation but to spam something like that is an unacceptable behavior for me.
