This week's analysis focuses on understanding the most popular winning strategies in the current casual Commander meta in order to intelligently select defensive strategies that can be deployed to combat the most prevalent winning strategies. For this exercise, I plotted out all winning strategies of all deck archetypes built around the top 50 most popular Commanders in the past 2 years according to EDHREC and ranked the results. Then, I plotted out the best defensive strategies to arrive at the best proportion of defensive strategies that should be deployed against the current meta of popular Commanders.
